Refund policy
We have a 15-day replacement policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a replacement.
To be eligible for a replacement:
- If your package was damaged in shipping we require that you contact us within 5 days of delivery, and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.
- Received the wrong item
- Defective items
Important Conditions: your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note:
We do not accept replacement request after the 15 day period has passed. You will not be offered a refund, return and/or exchange of any kind.
For our Hooded Sweatshirts: we do not offer a refund/replacement/exchange if you have chosen a color or size that you did not like after purchasing the product. We will not be responsible to take any action.
Thus, we request you to kindly review the mock-ups and size charts provided or contact us in case of confusion or clarification before you place an order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds and returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We only exchange items if they are damaged or defective. And if that is the case, and you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at theseenmuses@gmail.com .
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We provide a 24-hour window for any cancellation/refund requests from the time of purchase.
Please note: we do not provide refunds on sale items or gift card purchases.
There will also be a small processing charge for the refund.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please Note: we do not accept refunds during the holiday season due to the high rush of orders we experience. We may make exceptions in case you receive a damaged product.

For International Shipping: the shipment will take anywhere from 15 days to 4 weeks.
