How long does it take to process my order?
Your order processing time is 2-3 business days.
Delivery Time:
Minimum 7-10 business days
For International Shipping: the shipment will take anywhere from 15 days to 4 weeks.
*Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States can take additional 7-12 business days
Delivery Issues
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
• Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
• Ask your local post office if they have your package.
• Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise- If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you will be. If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor's, get in touch with us at theseenmuses@gmail.com with your order number.
My tracking says my package was delivered but I haven’t received my order. What do I do?
If the package was marked as delivered by the carrier, but the package is yet to received, unfortunately we are unable to to process a refund for fraud prevention.
There may be cases where the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at the address. Customers should reach out to the carrier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person.
